Here is a quick workout for you to try this weekend using a jump rope and a kettlebell.
Perform 100 skips and 20 swings.
Options:
Perform as many rounds as possible in 10 minues
Perform as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes
Perform 10 rounds total for time.
