You know take a seat and do what you can, dont strain yourself.. etc.
As we age we loose Power, what is Power well the definition of power is
P=FxD/T Force times Distance divided by time, in other words the ability to apply force rapidy or get a certian amount of work done quickly.
Kettlebell training is Power Training and there is no reason why older people should not train for power, take a look at the videos below and you decide what kind of person you want to be as you age, and if you know a active retired or senior citizen then get them this DVD.
