Warm-up
A1- TGU or Variation x 5-10 minutes
Carrys
B1- Overhead Press x 5r, overhead walk x 10yds, turn
Overhead Press x 5L, overhead walk
B2 – Front Squat x 5r, Clean Carry walk x 10yds, turn
Front Squat x 5L, Clean Carry walk x 10yds
B3 - Swings x 10r, Farmers Walk x 10yds, turn
Swings x 10L, Farmers Walk x 10yds
